These are just a few simple safety rules you should follow when your around horses. Ride safely and always wear a helmet. Never ride alone, especially out on the trail were there's nobody around. Stay calm, your horse can tell when you're nervous and that will make him nervous too. Make sure the tack is on correctly and fits. Have a hoof pick with you incase a rock or something gets stuck in your horses foot. You could also take a first aid kit and your vet's phone number. Now you're almost ready to go!
