Supplies needed:

1 piece of blue construction paper

1 bag of beans

3 colors of paint
   (red, orange, and yellow)

1 bottle of glue

1 piece of string

1 holepunch

Steps:

#1. Take blue construction paper and glue beans on paper.  Wait for 30 minutes to dry.

#2. After letting dry, start painting and then let dry for 30 minutes.

#3.  Punch a hole in the top. Then put the string through the hole and hang where you like it!
