Pedaling Pros
NANCY HEYMANN

Mrs. Nancy Heymann, parent of two Sherwood students, is entering a century race called the "Udder Century: Race of the MMOOO-lenium" in the summer of 2000. (She expects to have an udderly good time.)

The race is 100 miles, starts in Union, Illinois, and goes up through Wisconsin and back in 7 hours. This race is sponsored by the McHenry County Bicycle Club.

Mrs. Heymann is entering this race with some of her friends and is going to ride with them. She's trying this race because she likes to be outside and she likes the mountain bike races she's done for the last six years.

She has two bikes--a mountain bike and a road bike. One of the most important things she's doing is following bicycle safety.

ALWAYS FOLLOW BICYCLE SAFETY-
-EVEN PARENTS JUST LIKE MRS. HEYMANN.
