Thutmose III

Hapshepsut's rule was followed by her son Thutmose III. By the time he came to his, Thutmose III hated his mother for preventing him from coming to the throne for so long. He was so angry he erased his mother's name from every monument or accomplishment, and wrote in his name or one of his relatives.

He spent alot of of his reign restoring power in Syria and Palestine. He made six attempts there and eleven others against the Hurrians.
