Cleopatra

Cleopatra VII was only seventeen when she ascended on the Egyptian throne.  She reigned between 51 and 30 B.C. as Queen Philopator and Pharaoh.  She died at the age of 39.  Cleopatra and her siblings, as children, witnessed the defeat of their guardian, Pompey, by Julius Caesar in a duel.  Cleopatra and her brother/husband, Ptolmey XIII dueled over the throne.
