One of the things that you should start with is the straddle. That is when you sit on the ground with your legs apart and you reach to one side and grab one foot then go to other side and grab your other foot. Reach to touch the ground in the middle of your feet.
The next thing you should do is a pike stretch. That is when you sit down and put your legs straight in front of you and touch your toes.Don't forget to point your toes.
Make sure to stretch your ankles, wrists, neck,and torso (the waist on one side between arm and legs.)
