Orcas are the largest member of the dolphin family. Their scientific name is Orcinus Orca. With their humongous jaws they gobble down seals, walruses, birds, dolphins, and other whales including the largest whale of all, the Blue Whale. They are also known to prey upon squid and fish.
Orcas are known to have a black body with white underpants and a large white spot above the eye. The male's dorsal fin stands about 6 feet tall. Orcas get up to about 30 feet long and weigh up to 5-10 short tons. They are very easy to spot on the surface of water.
