Alcohol
What is it?

Alcohol is a depressant drug. It is commonly found in beer and wine.  Rum, Vodka, Scotch and Whiskey are some examples of hard liquors that contain alcohol.

What does it do to your body?

Alcohol is absorbed directly into the blood stream. It can cause loss of balance, increase in violence, and inability to learn/remember. Also, alcohol changes your personally, creates trouble with other people, slurred speech, and vomiting.

Why is it dangerous?

It can be overdosed easily. When a person is drinking too much, too fast the person becomes drunk. You could get a hangover. Hangovers can cause head-aches. Alcohol is very harmful to you, so you should never try it!
