Keep in Shape
To keep in shape you have to eat right by eating healthy foods such as Fruit and vegetables. Secondly you have to exercise by running or riding a bike. Lastly you have to rest so you don't work yourself to hard. If you don't rest and keep exercising, you'll work your muscles so they get cramped up and be more likely to become injured.
