Muscles HM00377_2.WMF (8178 bytes)

Hit the brakes, boy that was a close one. We're here at one of the places where there are a lot of muscles, the legs.  Muscles are a very important part of your body. Your muscles are what make you move, by pulling your bones around. Whenever you move a part of your body it's your muscles working. Muscles are not all the same size.  If you are stronger and bigger then your muscles will be bigger, but if you're built smaller then your muscles will be smaller. This is because muscles are worked different on different people. For example people that go to the gym and lift weights a lot are going to have bigger and stronger muscles than someone who is a couch potato and never exercises. We've got to get going or else were going to miss the next light. It's a real hold up if you miss it.
