Welcome to Folklore Goes Global! We're a group of fifth graders from Deer Park Elementary School, and were in a computer club called Web Weavers where we are learning how to create a web site. We would like to tell you about Folklore from around our area. Folklore is a story, a joke, or a legend that has been passed on from long ago, and is well known. We have not gathered this information from books or other types of media. These are the sites that you can visit. Do you like to hear knock knock jokes? Visit our jokes and riddles page. Urban legends are stories that people think are true but probably aren't. You can read some examples of urban legends on our page. Our scary stories may give you quite a fright. Make sure you don't read these scary stories in the dark or by yourself! Finally, our superstitions will make you think twice about breaking a mirror or stepping under a ladder. Have Fun!!!!!
