Ingredients
1 onion |
1/4 cup raisins |
| 2 tomatoes |
1/2 tsp salt |
| 1 banana |
2 tbs sunflower seeds |
| 1 orange |
1/4 tsp curry powder |
| 3 tbs butter |
2 cups cooked rice |
| 1 green pepper |

Directions:
1. Wash the tomatoes and pepper. Peel the
onions, tomatoes, banana, and orange. Core the pepper. Cut the fruits and
vegetables into small pieces.
2. In a frying pan, melt the butter. Add the
pepper and onions and stir until the pieces are soft. Add all the other ingredients
except the rice. Cook, stirring, for five minutes.
3. Stir in the cooked rice. Keep stirring while
everything simmers for five more minutes.
