modified push-ups- Push ups are a good exercise for your arms. Sometimes beginners have a hard time trying to do them correctly start with these modified push-ups tips- push ups, raised push-up, one leg squat, v-sit, partner chest lift, backwards lean.



 
Step 1.) Sit on your knees and put your hands behind your back like so. 
Step 2.) Bend your back and raise your arms up. Put your nose to the ground. 
Step 3.) Raise up and resume to your first position.
