The Nine Planets   It's really cool how planets always stay on the same routes around the sun and never collide!

The moons are just about countless, and there's even a phrase for naming the planets, and  it goes like this: My very excellent mother just served us nine pizzas.    Mercury Venus Earth Mars Jupiter Saturn Uranus Neptune Pluto

There are some times when Pluto is the 8th planet and Neptune is the 9th. This happens because their orbits touch each other's. Planets are cool because they've always been around going around the sun.
Did you know that Earth is the only planet that has living things (that we know of) on it? This is because it's the planet that is not too cold and too hot. Also it's the only planet with oxygen on it. 

Sometimes there is no moon out. The moon also is kind of wierd because it looks like it's following you when you're driving or riding in a car.
