The End of Mankind Ra was the sun god. He was also the creator of all things, including mankind. A long time ago Ra had his own beautiful kingdom. The people loved and respected him. Then Ra became old. The people mocked him. This made Ra very angry. He gathered with all the gods at a secret meeting so that mankind would not know. All of them agreed. Ra had a god named Hathor who was in the form of his eye. Hathor did not approve of the idea. He started fighting with a god and killed him. He tasted his blood. It tasted wonderful. He wanted more so he agreed to the plan to kill mankind. The day before the attack, Ra realized something. Hathor was planning to wipe out the whole human race. He still wanted some people to be under his command. He decided to abort the mission. Hathor, however, did not approve of aborting. He wanted blood and he wanted it now. Ra had to think of an idea and fast. He decided on a plan. He went to Hathor and invited him for a drink of beer. Hathor soon became addicted to it. She never had it before and couldn’t stop. She soon became drunk and forgot about her bloodthirsty plan. |
