Since you have already been taught how to outline you probably think outlining is for writing essays. That is one of the uses for outlining, but there are a few more reasons. Outlining can also be used for organizing your chores, recreation, and even homework. Read the outline below and see how.

I Bet You Didn't Know That!!! If you do an outline for every day, and look at it every day, of the week the chances that you will forget to do something will drop down lots. To manage your time better you can pick one day of the week and on that day make an outline for that whole week. For example if you pick Sunday to do the outline you can have I. as Monday, II. as Tuesday, and so on. As you can see outlining is a great system to use to get organized daily.
