More Electricity Safety

  1. When outdoors fly kites and other models in wide open spaces, away from power lines. If a model that can fly that has metal in it or is damp could conduct electricity from power lines or any electrical source.
  2. If you find anybody touching a metal object and looking stiff and foaming in the mouth alert an adult that the person is receiving an electric shock. Make sure not to touch the person or you will receive one too!
  3. Don't overcharge a light bulb or it could burn out and would waste money and electricity if you put on to much of a charge.
  4. If you start to receive an electric shock try not to panic and move away from the area you're in.
  5. Always have electric tape in your "toolbox" if you find a badly coated wire, remember it could start a fire.

Well that's a wrap on electricity safety and we hope you learned something.
