How to Operate a Fire Extinquisher

  1. Pull the pin at the top of the fire extinguisher, so you can spray it. If you don't, it won't spray.

  2. Aim the nozzle to the bottom or base of the fire.

  3. Stand about 8 feet away from the fire before you spray and squeeze the handle.

  4. Sweep the nozzle back and forth while aiming at all times through the base.

Watch the fire carefully or it might ignite again!!!
