Geography
The African country Morocco is located in the northern part of Africa. It bouarders the North Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, it is between Algeria and Western Sahara. It is slightly larger that California. The counrties that suround are Algeria, West Sahara, Spain (Ceuta), Spain (Melilla). There are 1,835 km of coast lines.
People
In Morocco there are 29,661,636 people. There are many ethnic groups, Religions, and Languages. The ethnic groups are Arab-Berber 99.1%, .2% are Jewish, and .7% are other. The languages there are Arbic, Berber dialects, and French. The religions are Muslim, Christian, Jewish. The Literacy rate in Morocco is 43.7 %.
Economy
In Morocco they make all kinds of products. The agricultre products are barley, wheat, citrus, wine, vegetables, olives, livestock. They export out food and beverages 30 %, semiprocessed goods 23%, consumer goods 21%, phosphates 17%. They import many things to semiprocessed goods 26%, capital goods 25%, food and beverages 18%, fuel and lubricants 15%, consumer goods 12%, raw materials 4%. There import partners are EU 57%, US 6.6%, Saudi Arabia 5.3%%, Brazil 2.8%.
Government
In Morocco they run there Government in a consitutional monarchy. The capital of Morocco is Rabat. There are 37 provinces and 2wilayas. They are Agadir, Al Hoceima, Azilal, Beni Mellal, BenSlimane,Boulemane, Casablanca, Chaouen, El Jadida, El Kelaa des Srarhna, Er Rachidia, Essaouira, Fes, Figuig, Guelmim,Ifrane, Kenitra, Khemisset, Khenifra, Khouribga, Laayoune, Larache, Marrakech, Meknes, Nador, Ouarzazate, Oujda,Rabat-Sale, Safi, Settat, Sidi Kacem, Tanger, Tan-Tan, Taounate, Taroudannt, Tata, Taza, Tetouan, Tiznit note: three additional provinces of Ad Dakhla , Boujdour, and Es Smara as well as parts of Tan-Tan. They got there independence in 1956 from France. They have a French and Spanish civil law system.
