Mouth-Breeding Frog (Darwin's Frog)

Also known as the vaquero, in Argentina, and Darwin's Frog, the mouth-breeding frog is a very unique frog.  Darwin discovered this frog.  It is only 1 inch long and its tadpoles grow  to be little froglets inside the father's vocal sacs.  This is why they are called mouth-breeding frogs.

This tiny frog is greenish-brown with darker strips and blotches and a dark line coming from behind each eye to the hind end of the body and legs.  It has a pointed snout for a nose.
