Horned Frogs
Some horned frogs have horns or can be hornless. Their skin is covered with warts. It is ten inches long and has a big head, wide mouth, with red, green, and yellow patterns on a black background. There are a dozen species of horned frogs living in Central and South America, and Argentina. They live near rivers and swamps. After a rain they can be seen crawling through the grass, or buried in wet leaves. They are cannibals (they eat each other).
