1.First, take the foam rubber and roll it into the shape of a cylinder. Then, staple it together.

2. Cut 6 pieces of crepe paper making each peice about 2 feet long. Staple the strips of crepe paper to the inside of one of the open ends. This is the bottom.

3. At the other end of the cylinder, which is now the top, punch four holes with your hole puncher.

4.  Cut 4 pieces of string making each piece 1 foot long.  Tie a piece of string in each of the four holes.  Gather the loose ends of all four pieces of string and tie them at the top.
