Air
Signs
Libra,
Aquarius, and Gemini make up the air signs of the zodiac.
The signs, or groups, in which the zodiac signs are categorized are based
on the characteristics that the planet believed to rule the signs of the zodiac
is thought to have.
For example, Libras are believed to have an eye for beauty, a pleasant
smile, and are warm, friendly, and sociable.
Astrologers believe that the planet Venus- named for the Roman goddess of
love and beauty- rules Libra and the characteristics that Libras are thought to
have match the characteristics of the goddess Venus (who is Aphrodite in Greek
myth).
Libra: The Scales Libra is the seventh sign of the zodiac. Astrologers usually consider Libras to be diplomatic, friendly, companionable, intelligent, thoughtful, and pleasant. Libras supposedly enjoy balance and harmony in all things and are therefore symbolized by the scales. They have trouble coming to a decision, because they spend time listening to others’ viewpoints and trying to compromise. People born under the sign of Libra are born from September 23 to October 22.
Gemini:
The Twins
Gemini is the third sign of the zodiac.
Geminis are thought to be clever, curious, expressive, and witty.
They can be indecisive due to their two-sided personality- they often
change moods quickly and are capable of seeing both sides of an argument.
Restless, Geminis try many different activities, and are considered to
have special talents for communication and language.
Because of this nature, Geminis supposedly are happy as journalists,
politicians, salespeople, and teachers.
Aquarius: The Water Bearer
Aquarius is the eleventh sign of the zodiac.
Two planets-Saturn and Uranus supposedly rule Aquarius.
Aquarians are regarded as being serious minded and having powerful,
logical, and scientific minds.
They’re also independent, love freedom, and don’t respect tradition.
They have many friends but are hard to truly get to know.
They usually avoid close personal relationships.
People consider them curious, modern, and outgoing.
