Arm Swing and Snap: Swing your left arm forward in front of your body. Your head follows the same motion. When you are about to swing your arm back down, snap your fingers. Repeat this motion, but this time, swing it back.

Jazz hands: Stretch your fingers wide apart and extend your arms out to the side with a sharp bend in the elbow going inward, palms facing forward.

Flat, Low Level: Stand upright with your knees bent and feet a little bit apart with your arms parallel at your sides. Step forwards with your right foot without lifting it off of the ground. Next the left foot. Repeat this 15 times.

Grapevine: Step to the side on the right foot with slightly bent knee and your foot turned out. Step to the front on your left foot with bent knee and your foot turned out. Step to the side on you right foot with a bent knee and your foot turned out. Step back on your left foot with a bent knee and your foot turned out. Repeat 3 times as you are traveling to the side.

Step Ball Change: The foot in the back is on tiptoe (left), and all of the weight is in the front. Then you transfer your weight to the back making your back foot flat, and at the same time, raise the heel of the front foot.

Kimbo: Start with your feet parallel and knees bent. Arms are at your side. Step back with your right foot and keep it flat on the ground, bending your right knee. At the same time, the left leg is straight and the left heel remains on the floor with your toes in the air as the left leg turns out to face the left wall. Your left arm bends up at the elbow, keeping your elbow next to your side. Your Torso bends slightly forward and to the left. The right arm hangs by your side. Reverse. The movement travels backwards so make sure that you have plenty of space behind you. Repeat 5 times.

Jazz Square: Start with your feet parallel, and your arms out to the sides. Cross your right foot in front of the left foot, close to it, with a straight right leg. At the same time arms are extended¾ the right arm is diagonally forward, low, and the left arm diagonally back high with the Torso slightly forward and to the right. Step back with the left foot, with a relaxed knee, At the same time, the arms come in at the sides, the elbow bend in close to you at your sides. The torso faces the front. Step to the side on right leg with relaxed knee. At the same time, right arm reaches high overhead with the wrist high and the fingers hanging down from it toward the side. The left leg steps to the front, forward of the right leg with relaxed knee. At the same tine, left arm extends out to the left side.
