LSD
LSD has many nicknames.
LSD is a man-made chemical and takes the form of a white powder. Just a tiny amount is needed. It is normally mixed with other substances and made into a pill. As a liquid it can be absorbed into paper, gelatin sheets or sugar cubes.
The law says that LSD is a Class A drug. Which means if you are caught in possession of a Class A drug the maximum penalty is seven years in prison and an unlimited fine. If you are caught supplying a Class A drug you could be sentenced for up to life in prison and given an unlimited fine.
What are the drug's initial actions? You see bright colors, strange distorted sights and sounds, weird hallucinations.
What are the downs? LSD is strong and unpredictable. What it does largely depends on you and your state of mind. If you are in a strange place or a troubled state of mind, there is always the possibility that you could have a bad trip. These reduce you to a scared, shivering wreck, and you cant get out until the trip ends, which is anytime between 6 and 12 hours. It can leave you feeling sad, dizzy, and puzzled. You arent in control of your mind and body on any trip, good or bad, which can be very dangerous.
The long-term affects of LSD arent certain. There is the risk of flashbacks, which are vivid visions of a previous trip. These can happen anywhere at any time, and can be dangerous depending on what you are doing. LSD can cause severe reactions in people who might have mental problems. Its also possible to become psychologically dependent on drugs.
