The hieroglyphics on a tomb tells about the person who died, where and how they lived and their accomplishments. Hieroglyphics have lasted thousands of years, but at first they were a mystery. Then someone found the Roseta Stone. The stone helped solve the mystery of the language. The Roseta Stone has three languages on it: Egyptian Hieroglyphics, Egyptian Demotic and Greek. When reading Hieroglyphics, if the living thing in the picture is facing the left, then you read it left-to-right, but if it is facing right, then you read it right-to-left.
