Brendan Chan

My name is Brendan Chan. I'm in the 6th grade at Pony Express and I am 12 years old. My favorite sports are tennis, swimming, and skiing. I'm also in Scouts and currently working on Second Class. My favorite hobby is annoying my 18-year-old sister. In my free time, I play my Nintendo 64, Game Boy, and computer, as well as my guitar. I hope to become the world's best linguist (that is why I constructed the verbal puzzle sections of the site). See you in Washington, D.C. for the national spelling bee! (I won first place at the California Central Valley Spelling Bee).


 
 
Christopher Lam

Hi, my name is Christopher Lam.  I'm 11 years old.  I'm in 6th grade and my school is Leonardo da Vinci school in Sacramento, CA.  I'm a dino freak and the best artist in the group.  In fact, I'm the one who did Optical Illusions.  Every time I have free time, I sometimes draw dinosaurs, cartoons, and much more.  My drawings come out pretty well too.

I hope that I become the greatest artist in Sacramento and that I will be the first person to recreate dinosaurs.


 
 
Stephen Lee

Also known as Stupid Elk.  Able to knock down 3 pointers in basketball with a flick of an antler.  Able to pound a ball into the net with his hoof in soccer.  Able to. . .well, able to do lot's of stuff.

Stupid Elk is 11 years old in 6th grade at Genevieve Didion K-8 school.  He is a Garfield the Cat fan ("FEED ME!!!"), and a little on the Pokemon fanatic side (Pi-ka-chuuu!).  He has a little sister named Michele who is 6 years old.  He likes to play computer and Game Boy, and also watch TV.  He loves to have fun.  His specialty departments in school are math and spelling (he won 4th place in a math contest and 3rd in a spelling bee both in the same week).  Oh, and if you're wondering how Stupid Elk received his nickname, it started in 2nd grade.  First, his nickname was Elbydoe.  Then it shortened to Elby.  Then it became Elky, and finally transformed to Stupid Elk.


 
 
Steven Lee

Hello!  My name is Steven Lee.  I go to Pony Express and I'm in 6th grade.  My favorite sports is basketball, my favorite hobby is sleep (duh!), my favorite food is pizza (of course), and my favorite subject is math (that's why I made the hard math page in the first place).  I have three sisters and NO brothers.  Their names are Tiffany, Jasmine, and Stacey.  The friends I have is all in the Thinkquest team.  To know more about MY friends, read this whole About the Team page. By the way, I won first place in the SCUSD math contest (they don't give any prizes, except for a plaque).

 


 
 
Derek Ng

My name is Derek Ng, I'm 11 years old. I'm in 6th Grade and I go to Pony Express Elementry. Our coach is Mr. Davis who is a fourth Grade teacher at our school. I have a little brother named Daniel. The sports I play are soccer, basketball ,and swimming. I used to play baseball. My favorite sport is soccer. I like to ride my bike when I have free time. I have joined Cub Scouts-Boy Scouts since I was 6 years old. Right now in Boy Scouts I'm working on First Class.


 
 
Andrew Tsay

My name is Andrew Tsay.  I am in sixth grade and attend the school of Pony Express Elementary in Sacramento, CA.  I spend most of my free time playing computer games which is my hobby.  I also spend some of my time swimming on a swim team and this is my favorite sport.  When I grow up, I want to be a computer wiz.
