Saturn’s winds go 1,000 mph (6,380 kmph)- much faster than the winds on Earth. On Earth, tornadoes start at 75 mph! There are two hurricanes that continuously stay at the top of the North Pole on Saturn. Saturn’s cloud’s top temperature is 300° Fahrenheit below zero. That is colder than the coldest place on Earth. The bands on Saturn are fainter than the ones on Jupiter. There is a white oval on Saturn, a large storm that is near a white band. It was noticed in September of 1990. It is as large as the Red Spot on Jupiter. Saturn’s magnetic field (the force of the coming solar wind) is really strong.
