Scuba divers have lots of gear.  An air tank  is used to help a person breathe while they are underwater.  A snorkel is used while floating on top of the water.  A face mask is used to help the diver to see clearly.  A buoyancy compensator can be inflated underwater to help the diver stay at the desired depth, as well as to float on the surface.  Swim fins are used to help a person swim with greater ease.  An underwater camera can be used to take pictures of fish, sharks, ships or other things underwater.  Wet suits give protection in cold waters.
