| In the early 1800's, the Cherokee were forced to sell some of their hunting ground. The English wanted to have more space for the new settlers. In 1808, the Cherokee moved west. Some of the Cherokee even moved as far west as Kansas and Nebraska from Georgia and Tennessee. |
