Who is David Duke?

In 1964 Governor George C. Wallace demanded that the Confederate Navel Jack be flown on top of the Alabama state house. He later appointed David Duke as a State representative. Duke later ran for presidency in 1992. How Ironic that Mr. Duke was an ex Ku Klux Klan leader. While running for presidency Duke stated that the KKK had never done anything wrong and that none of the members ever got arrested while he was in the Klan.
