Step 1 Create a new image. Step 2 Write the text you want for the final image. Step 3 Feather the selection 6 pixels. Step 4 Fill in the selection with the color of your choice. Step 5 Write the text again, in the color you want in the center. Step 6 Center the text in the feathered background and save! VARIATION After 6... Step 7 Use the magic wand and select outside of the image. Step 8 Hit control-shift-i and then you have only your text selected. Step 9 Add 30% noise. Step 10 Do a motion blur to any direction.
