3-D Roads

Have you ever really wondered how life would be without roads? You will be learning how to draw a 3-D road to be specific. If you want to know more information on 3-D see, The Exciting World of 3-D.

How to Draw a 3-D Road

Step 1: Gather the following materials 1 pencil, 1 ruler and coloring utensils.

Step 2: Draw 2 lines about 7 inches away from each other.

Step 3: Draw a dot in the middle of the line closest to the top of your paper.

Step 4: Draw two diagonal lines from the corner of the bottom line to the dot you made in step 3.

Step 5: Add mountains on the top of the line closest to the top of your paper. Note: You can make the mountains by drawing big and small triangles.

Step 6: On the sides of the road make poles making them smaller as you get closer to the top of your paper.

Step 7: Add in power lines.

Step 8: Add in bold yellow lines making them smaller as you go further down the road.

Step 9: Color in. (Optional)

You should be an expert at drawing roads. You can show your friends and they will be amazed. Try to make up your own 3-D pictures. Who knows you could become a famous artist.
