Make, the Moa Bird
He couldn't have, because moa are extinct. There are no more of them. Make is pronounced "ma-key" in Hawaiian. It means "to die."
Make was a moa that once lived on the ground like the Nene goose. They also lived on an island. They used to live in New Zealand.
People killed them all for food. The moa became extinct because people ate them all.
