A camera is used for taking photographs. A camera is like a dark box that holds film in the back. Light reflects off the scene being photographed and the image enters the camera through the lens. The light then exposes the film to form a picture.
How Early Cameras Worked Before a picture is taken with an early camera, chemicals are placed on the glass plate inside the camera. Then you slide the plate in position and click the button to take the picture. Then the light hits the lens of the camera and the light passes through the lens. This forms an upside down picture on the film at the back of the camera. After that you slide the glass plate out and quickly run to your tent, and close it really fast. If any light hits the film, even the least amount, it will ruin the picture. Dip the glass plate in some chemicals and it will take one hour to develop. How Cameras Have Changed Cameras have changed a lot since back then.
Now they have flashes. |
