| paints |
| paint brushes |
| Q tip (or other tool for making dots) |
| cup of water for rinsing brush |
Procedure: |
| 1. Paint your picture on the black paper |
| 2. Use your brush (and/or Q Tip, if desired) to make designs for the background |
| 3. Let dry for several hours |
