Hypothesis: I wanted to see how putting different substances on the tracks would change the speed of the car.
Control: All the tracks are the same length and the same width. I also used the same car each time and the same stop watch.
Variable: On the track I changed the substance from nothing to sand, to rock, to ice, to oil.
