Your fish has the "ich", (Ichthyophthirius), and it can be treated with several common medicines found at your local pet or fish store. This disease is parasitic and happens when fish get stressed out. This is a VERY common disease that happens to most aquarists.

Your fish has Hole in the Head disease, which most oscars get. This disease is still being researched. It will be best to go to your local pet or fish store and ask them what they have for Hole in the Head, or HITH as it is sometimes called.
