Accountants

Now, you may need pencil and paper, or a calculator for what you are about to read. Oh, I'm just kidding, but this is what you would be hearing if you were an accountant. Come on and we will find out what accountants do, and how you can be one.

Have you ever seen your parents get really nervous around tax day, or get really scared when they see anything with the letters IRS on them? They might need an accountant. A way of describing what an accountant does is like this, if you have ever cleaned out a junk drawer you know that you have to separate all the items, through out all of the bad stuff and put all of the other things into a special place. In a way, this is what an accountant does, just they do it with money and credit. They take someone's major payments and credit history and they organize it and tell them what needs to be done and make sure it gets that way. If you have ever heard of accountants as being bad people who make people stressed? This is a stereotype, and if you become an accountant, maybe you can break it.

Are you wondering what any of this has to do with math, well I'll explain. To be an accountant you need a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. You also have to be a sharp math student. Accounting employers won't higher you if you aren't good with numbers and calculations. Besides that, you have everything you need to be an accountant.
