A Self-Esteem Activity


 

If you answered #10 on the Quiz the honest way, do yourself a favor! Try this activity:

Make a list of 10 things you did today. Look at your list. If there are more good things you'd pick A on the quiz. If there was more bad things you'd pick C. If there was about an even amount of good and bad you'd pick B.

If you picked A, that's great. But, if you picked B or C you can try to make a list of 10 good things you do each day. Save your lists.

After a while you can go back and check. For example: If you had fun working on the computer, find other projects you would like to do and do it. If you played a piece of music very well and enjoyed it, play it again. If your list says you had fun at the movies, go to the movies again. This type of action will make you feel good, boost your self-esteem and you'll have fun too.
