have thoughts and opinions right? A journal can help you express your
ideas, thoughts and opinions. You can share your deepest thoughts
with a journal and it won't interrupt or contradict you. A journal
can be your friend.

Joining group activities can also boost your self-esteem. It will
give you a chance to be part of a group. Group activities will help
you make friends with peers who share similar interests. You'll feel
better knowing that you belong somewhere and that people care about
you.

Exercise can also help you boost your self-esteem. Exercise will make
you mentally and physical alert. You will feel better about yourself
and your body.

If you help others it will make you feel better about yourself. You
will feel proud that you did something good. It will make you happy
when you make someone else happy.
