    Central School is a K-5 school in Glen Rock, NJ.  We have a rich experience in storytelling. It's been a tradition in our school for ten years to have a Storytelling Festival. We all learn stories and tell them in small groups.  For this site, we read tall tales and wrote our versions of a story of a tall tale character, with suggestions for telling the story.

    We are fortunate to have a resident storyteller, Mrs. Julie Della Torre, who has taught us so much about enjoying and telling stories.  She also helped with this website.

    We chose the colors BLUE and GOLD for our website because those are our school colors.
