In Animorphs, not only do the people on earth not use robots outside of our current applications, but no mention of robots is made in either the Andalite or Yeerk military. This is a very interesting fact. Have they had some kind of cultural ban on the use of robots for some reason or another, like they do in Dune? Do they have no need for robots, having incorporated all that technology into their spaceships, or even their minds? Or is it simply that K. A. Applegate, the series author, is not into robots? No one knows. . .
