Oklahoma

        The capital of Oklahoma is Oklahoma City. The state bird is the scissor-tailed flycatcher. The state flower is the mistletoe and their state tree is the  redbud. It was introduced into the union on November 16,1907 as the 46th state. The nickname is the Sooner State and the area is 69,782 sq. miles. A Cherokee chief named Sequoia made the first Indian alphabet.
