Connecticut

         The capital of Connecticut is Hartford. The state bird is the Robin and the state tree is the White oak. The state flower is the Mountain laurel. Although Connecticut is one of the smallest states, it has made big contributions to the United States.  It was one of the thirteen colonies in the early years. The ocean and the farms have made big contributions to Connecticut's prosperities. Ships are built in Mystic, an important city in the United States shipping industry. Farms in the Connecticut Valley play a big role by providing food for the region.  Connecticut is ranked first in personal income per capita.
