WHY: Religious Sacrifice.
HOW: She was brought up to the mountain by a group of Inca people.

WHAT is it: Inca Ice Maiden, nicknamed Juanita.
WHEN: 1995.
WHERE: Ampato (volcanic Mountain in Peru).
