Magnolia - I am in the 6th grade at P.S. 56 and my family
comes from the Philippines. I love Brazilian music and dance and
decided to research it for this site. I also love dancing, drawing and singing.

Deena - I am 11 years old. I am in the 6th grade. I chose to do dancing for our website because I like to dance and I wanted to learn more about it.
I wanted to do Greek dancing for my part of the site because my family and
are Greek. Ever since I saw my family dance to Greek music I wanted to learn more about it! I wanted to learn the meaning of the dance and why people danced to it and most of all I wanted to learn how to dance to Greek music.
    Another reason I wanted to learn more about Greek music and dancing was because my grandfather, who passed away years ago, was a Greek musician. He played on many popular shows including Johnny Carson! When I think about him it encourages me to learn more about Greek dancing and music.

Jennifer - I am 11 years old and my family is from the Philippines.  I enjoyed working on dances from the Philippines because I had heard about some of the dances but now I was able to learn more.  I really liked the stories from each dance.
