Welcome to Aisle One of the TM Shopping Center. Here you'll find trademark, brand names, collectable items, and all of the things advertisers hope that we want to buy.  (WE DO) We care about whether items are authentic or fakes. We don't want bootleg movies or knock off clothing that doesn't fit and runs in the washing machine. When we buy candy or a baseball card we want to know what we're getting! Walk down this aisle and take a good look at what you're buying.

Welcome to Aisle Two of the TM Shopping Center. Trademarks are all around you wherever you look, especially in grocery stores. Even before kids can read they can tell their parents which brands to buy because they recognize trademarks or they just like the packaging.  That's why companies protect the way that their packages look from being copied. But when you think about fakes you think of collectibles. There are much more dangerous counterfeits out there. Even baby food, nutritional formula and medicines have been recently counterfeited.

You bought your food, collectibles, videos etc. Let's head home! On our way we pass Main Street. Can you spot all of the business names called "service marks"? Take a look down your street next time you're outside. See what "service marks" you can recognize.  In case you're wondering, the structure above Main Street is called "elevated train tracks" because the subway goes above ground here. Stop at the Library. Here you can go on the Internet and find out about ANY COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK!! Then hurry up and open up all of the stuff you bought to show your family! Dennis is my brother. He wouldn't be caught dead with a fake card or beanie baby!!
