One
of my team members lived in Connecticut when he was younger. His
Mom was born and raised there. He said Connecticut is a great place
to live and visit. He lived in the eastern part of Connecticut,
but his family is from the area about sixty miles outside of New York City.
He remembers more about visiting his grandparents who still live there.
There are a lot of water parks there. They have a ride that
is like tea cups on water. That is his favorite ride of all.
New
York City is a short drive away from where his family lives. Last
summer he visited The Empire State Building and he went on top of the roof
and looked at New York City. He went to the Statue of Liberty last
summer as well. He learned that the Statue of Liberty was a gift
from France. Every time he visits his grandparents he explores new parts
of the area. He said it is a great place to raise a family! |
