The currency of the Phillipines is the Phillipine Pesos. The coins there are called “Sentimos.” The paper money they use there are called “Pesos.” Only forty Pesos make a dollar. One peso is about one fortieth of a US dollar. Take a PlayStation, for example, it costs about $99 here on Guam. In the Philippines, it would be only $2 because they think that $99 is 99 Pesos. |
